The difference between job satisfaction and age/working years at the facility was statistically significant. The relationships among perception for the work, job satisfaction, and job-continuing intention were identified by the covariance structure analysis: GFI=0.991, AGFI=0.901, CFI=0.993, RMSEA=0.091. The job satisfaction and self-actualization as nurse directly influenced on job-continuing intention, and the nursing administrative system was the biggest factor influencing on job-continuing intention through job satisfaction. It is important for nurses to improve job satisfaction through intrinsic motivation.
