We searched for articles published between January 2012 and September 2014 using the following keywords:“novice/newly-graduated nurse,”“education,”and“head nurse/manager.”Of the articles that might have described the roles of nurse managers in OJT programs for newly graduated nurses, 38 articles were included in the literature review.
