A total of 1665 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to nurses, and 727 nurses responded to the survey from 6 hospitals in Japan. The correlation coefficient between the total scores of the Self-Directed Learning Ability Scale and the Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale was rs=0.240 (p<0.001).
