Welfare"}]},"item_10001_textarea_35":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_value":"本研究の目的は、中学校において発達障害がある保健室利用生徒に対する養護教諭の支援内容を整理・検討し、支援の手がかりとなる資料を提示することである。データは、中学校に勤務する養護教諭1名に対して過去1年間にかかわった事例に対する支援内容について半構造化面接を行って収集し、質的に分析した。提供された保健室利用生徒の人数は6名で、利用方法には保健室登校と保健室頻回来室があった。全員が広汎性発達障害で対人関係の問題から保健室を利用していた。養護教諭の支援内容には、発達障害の特徴や個別性などの【心身の観察】、生徒の困難感や彼らに対する保護者、担任・学年組織、関係学校種の支援や理解度などの【問題背景の分析】、生徒への直接的な養護・教育的支援と並行して学級とのつながりを保つ【解決のための支援】があった。さらに【関係者との連携】では、小学校との連絡会を利用して入学前から中学校での受け入れ態勢を整えたり、障害や不適応症状に応じた支援に直結する情報を共有したりすることで、支援スタッフが相互に連携して一体的な対応を行うこと(行動連携)ができるような活動を展開していた。"}]},"item_10001_version_type_46":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2014-08-05"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"教育保健研究第18号.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2.2
