and Education of Autistic and related Communication handicapped CHildren)プログラムの「構造化された指導(structured teaching)」のアイデアを,自閉症男児1人(4歳)に対して適用した事例研究報告である.本研究の目的は,フォーマルアセスメント(以下PEP-3)から評価された対象児の学習スタイルの理解から始まる構造化・再構造化された指導による学習のプロセスを明らかにすることである.指導プロセスは次のとおりである.はじめに,PEP-3の評価から個別教育プログラム(以下IEP)を作成した.IEPの標的行動は,対象児の学習課題である「ワーク(学習)の時間に自立課題を1人で行う」,「スケジュールシステムを利用してエリア間を1人で移動する」,「プレイ(遊び)の時間に要求言語行動(指さし)を表出する」こととした.次に,構造化された指導の導入からインフォーマルアセスメントを行い,未達成の課題分析項目に対して再構造化された指導を行った.介入効果の検証方法は,pre-postデザインを適用した.これらの結果,「ワーク」「移動」は,PEP-3の評価に基づき設定された評価基準において合格率が上昇した.「要求言語行動」は,1セッション約20分のプレイ時間において介入前で平均2.6回,介入後で平均11.5回へと上昇した.以上の結果から,PEP-3の評価から始める構造化された指導は,再構造化のプロセスを経ることによって,この介入効果が促進されることが確認された. The purpose of this report is to clarify the grounds, which were evaluated by a formal assessment, for introducing the structured/restructured teaching, and which starts from understanding the learning style of the participant by presenting a series teaching processes. First, an IEP was made based on the PEP-3 evaluation. Next, an informal assessment was made to the structured teaching introduction in order to conduct restructured teaching to the unachieved assignment analysis items. Concerning how to verify the intervention effect, the pre-post design was applied. As for results, the \"work\" and \"moving\" underwent a transition to acceptable levels in the evaluation, which were established based on PEP-3 evaluation. \"Mand\" was 0.5 times the average per session (approximately 20 minute play) before intervention and increased an average 7.5 times the after intervention.
