journal"}]},"item_1_text_9":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"川崎医療福祉大学医療技術学部臨床栄養学科・川崎医療短期大学介護福祉科"}]},"item_1_textarea_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_value":"高齢者のQOL維持に,「口から食べること」と「自立歩行」の継続は欠かせない.そのためには,栄養摂取と体力の維持は必須である.2006年の国民基礎調査によると,高齢者の50%以上は,「夫婦のみの世帯」または「単独世帯(ひとり暮らし)」で暮らしている.高齢者にとって「口から食べること」は毎食事の楽しみであるが,食べることは1日3回,死ぬまで継続されなければならない.したがって,家事労働の負担を軽減し,なおかつ栄養バランスの取れた食生活を送るために,食卓には毎食,主食1品,主菜1品,副菜2品,計4品を揃える食事作りを勧めたい.なお,高齢者の体調は環境因子や心理的因子によって変化しやすい.食生活状況を把握する場合,簡易栄養状態評価表(MNA)による調査は栄養障害に陥る可能性や危険性のある予備軍を見出せるので介護予防対策に有効であり,「低栄養のおそれあり」の段階で栄養ケア・マネジメントも可能となる.高齢者の栄養食事療法では,QOLの維持を目標に,咀嚼・嚥下能力の維持にも努めて「高齢者のための普通食」をいつまでも食べ続けられるような生活支援をしていきたい."}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2014-01-31"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"05_miyake.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"869.7
