journal"}]},"item_1_text_9":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"広島工業大学環境学部地球環境学科"},{"subitem_text_value":"川崎医療福祉大学医療技術学研究科健康科学専攻"},{"subitem_text_value":"川崎医療福祉大学医療技術学部健康体育学科"}]},"item_1_textarea_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_value":"本研究は,安静時の心臓副交感神経系調節の活動水準が低値を示す中高齢者を対象とした運動後回復期の仰臥位浸水が,運動時に抑制された心臓副交感神経系調節の亢進を促進させるか否かの検証を行うことを目的とした.被験者は,健康成人女性7名(年齢64.7±8.7歳)とした.陸上仰臥位安静を5分間保った後,15分間の運動を行った.運動終了直後から,仰臥位回復を30分間行った.運動課題は,推定最高酸素摂取量の50%強度の自転車エルゴメーター運動とした.仰臥位回復は,仰臥位浸水条件(W条件)および陸上での仰臥位条件(C条件)を設定した.W条件は,水温を30℃とし,姿勢を仰臥位フローティングとした.測定項目は,心拍数(胸部双極誘導法)および心臓自律神経系調節(MemCalc法)とした.周波数解析から得られた高周波帯域(0.15-0.40Hz)のパワーの積分値(HF)を算出した.HF成分の分布に正規性を得るために常用対数変換したlog HFを心臓副交感神経系調節の指標とした.運動終了時の心拍数に両条件間に有意な差は観察されなかった.運動後のW条件の心拍数は,C条件と比較して有意ではないものの低値を示す傾向が確認された.運動後のlog HFは,C条件と比較しW条件において有意に高値を示した(p<0.05).運動後回復期の仰臥位浸水における心臓副交感神経系の再亢進は,水圧による静脈還流量の増加および水温による皮膚からの冷刺激に起因し,促進されたものと考えられる.これらのことから,運動後回復期の仰臥位浸水は,中高齢者の運動後回復期の心臓副交感神経系調節に有意な影響を及ぼすことを示唆し,水の物理的特性が運動後回復期の生体における運動ストレスからの早期回復の入力となることが明らかになった."}]},"item_1_textarea_12":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_language":"en","subitem_textarea_value":"The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between supine floating after cycle exercise and heart rate and reactivation in the cardiac parasympathetic nervous system in middle-aged and elderly subjects. Seven middle-aged and elderly women (mean age; 64.7±8.7 years) volunteered for this study. All subjects signed an informed consent form prior to participation in this study. Subjects maintained their supine position for 30 minutes on a bed (C-condition) or floating (W-condition), after exercise for 15 minutes. Exercise intensity was 50%peakV^^・O_2. Water temperature during W-condition was 30 degrees Celsius. Heart rate and cardiac autonomic nervous system activity assessed by heart rate variability (MemCalc method) were measured throughout the experimental period. Cardiac parasympathetic nervous system activity was evaluated by using high frequency (HF; 0.15-0.40Hz) in R-R intervals. HF domain was transformed into logarithmic (log) values. Heart rate post exercise showed no significant differences between W-condition and C-condition. During the recovery process, log HF was significantly increased under the W-condition, as compared to the C-condition (p<0.05).
