Subjective symptoms were also obtained by questionnaires. Eighteen normal subjects without organic diseases except for refractive error and seven with strabismus participated in the study. Visual functions such as refraction, intra-ocular pressure, lacrimal secretion, accommodation, kinetic visual acuity, binocular vision (stereopsis), and eye position were measured before and after an hour's playing TETORISU. The questionnaire was distributed after subjects played the game. The results showed the following: A reduction of lacrimal secretion in normal subjects, an increase in amplitude of near-point serial accommodation after the vertical TETORISU in strabismus subjects, and a decline in kinetic visual acuity after the horizontal TETORISU in normal subjects. The questionnaires revealed many symptoms such as ocular asthenopia, dryness of eyes, and a feeling of enervation.
