A new method of estimating the exposed point and the mean incubation period is proposed. A comparative study of the results was done by three methods : the Least Squares Method assuming both a Lognormal Distribution and a Weibull Distribution, and the Maximum Likelihood Method assuming a Lognormal Distribution. The result showed that the estimation by the Least Squares Method is similar to that by the Maximum Likelihood Method.
