It recommends that such a farmer become a corporation farm. As a result, the law aims at the construction of a social system approach to regional agricultural development. However, there is hardly any information about the financial reality involved in this plan. This paper, therefore, attempts to verify the validity of an agricultural policy of Japan by analyzing the income statements of \"Nintei Nogyosha\" (farm units who have their own farm management improvement plan approved by the municipality).
