Elderly wheelchair users were surveyed and observed after improving the seats. The results of the analysis were as follows. (1)While there were examples in which pressure on the seat decreased by improvements in the seating, there were examples in which there was no change. Seats must be designed for individual differences. (2)An improvement in seating tended to influence the behavior pattern. (3)The wheelchair like the module system wheelchair is necessary for elderly users.
