This study examined how nursing-teachers guided and advised students. I looked at 26 cases in which conferencing was used in the nursing-program. The teachers words were separated into various elements of the nursing-plan, of which instructive words were one part. One purpose was devising and settling on a working plan. Teachers attempted to draw out students talents, arrive at a decision and diagnose problems using their knowledge of nursing. A conference is a place to share information and state opinions.
