Our research was conducted on 91 people with severe physical and mental disabilities divided into 3 groups according to the Oshima Division. As a whole, we found differences among the average score of these groups. Group B, with severe physical disabilities but only mild intellectual ones, had the highest scores. Group A, the most severely physically and intellectually disabled, was located in the middle of the average scores. Group C, who were ambulatory, was the lowest. All groups showed similar scores on \"General\" and \"Physical Health\" items, but Group B showed the highest score on \"Self Care/Feeling, \" \"Relationships, \" and \"Self-Determination/Personal Choice.\" Group A followed next, and Group C was last.
