Body and blood compositions and muscular strength were measured. To utilize the information obtained effectively, a data base system was developed which organaizes the data from large numbers of people in a systematic way. This makes possible the printing out and distribution of the data for each individual. In this way each person is made fully aware of his/her state of health.
