Though 'Sensus Communis' is generally recognized as meaning 'common sense' today, it also has the meaning of 'synthetic sense' that unifies the five senses of the body. A principal idea in the tatter's meaning is 'integration through synesthesia'. In this context, athletes learn movement technique, interiorize them and perform them by means of 'integration through synesthesia'.
