However, the children's circumstances are still severe as seen in bullying, corporal punishment and child abuse. The violation of human rights has had a serious effect on children's existence. In order to solve the problems in such serious situations, those who are engaged in nursing ask themselves what human rights are. This can be considered to be an universal question. When children's rights are to bo analyzed, the establishment of human rights has first to be considered.
