| 値 | たばこ問題関連事項記載の現状を把握するために,2003年に使われた6社の看護学教科書229冊に書かれている記事を点検した.点検に当たっては,6名の看護師が担当分野(たとえば,看護概論とか成人看護と)を決めて上記の教科書を点検し,どの教科書にどのような記述があるかを要約した.その結果を記載内容ごとに約300項目(小項目)の表にまとめた.また,この表をさらに要約して,主要な84項目(中項目)について,記載なし,簡単な記載ありおよび詳しい記載ありの3段階に分類した.その結果,看護職教育に用いられている教科書にはたばこ問題に関する記述に格差が大きく,不十分な点が多く,あたらしい知見に基づいて訂正すべき事項もみられた.早い機会に改定されることが望まれる. | |||||

| 値 | In order to determine the current situation in regard to descriptions of smoking issues in nursing textbooks, the descriptions in 229 textbooks published by 6 different companies and used in 2003 were reviewed. To perform the review, 6 nurses took charge of different nursing fields (for example, introduction to nursing, adult nursing etc.), reviewed the above-described textbooks, and then summarized the descriptions in each textbook. The results were then summarized into about 300 items (small items) according to the content of each description, and they were collected into a table to enable comparisons. The table was then summarized, and another table was prepared in which the 83 items (intermediate items) were classified into 3 levels: no description, simple description, and detailed description. The results revealed that there were large differences in the descriptions related to smoking problems in the textbooks used in nursing education, that they were inadequate in regard to many aspects, and that they contained items that should be revised based on new information. It is hoped that they will be revised at the earliest opportunity. | |||||
